Bond University Legal Skills Centre extension; Griffith University Council of Elders; Australian Infectious Diseases Research Centre

On Friday 11 March 2011, at Bond University, Gold Coast, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE, as guests of the Chancellor, Dr Helen Nugent AO, attended a ceremony at which the Governor-General opened the Legal Skills Centre extension.

In the afternoon, at Griffith University, Meadowbrook, the Governor-General and Mr Bryce, as guests of the Chancellor, Ms Leneen Forde AC, attended a ceremony at which the Governor-General launched the Griffith University Council of Elders.

In the evening, at Customs House, Brisbane, the Governor-General and Mr Bryce, as guests of the Chancellor of The University of Queensland, Mr John Story, attended a ceremony at which the Governor-General opened the Australian Infectious Diseases Research Centre.
