On Wednesday 10 July 2013, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General the Honourable Quentin Bryce AC CVO, received the Ambassador-designate and Permanent Representative to the World Trade Organization in Geneva, Mr Hamish McCormick.

Afterwards, Mr Michael Bryce AM AE, as Patron, received from L’Arche Genesaret the Board President, Ms Tarlie Alcock; House Coordinator, Ms Anne Mullins; House resident, Ms Kerry Lucre; and Photographer, Ms Annie Duke.

In the evening, at Darwin International Airport, the Governor-General was represented at the departure from Australia of the President of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, His Excellency Mr Taur Matan, by Group Captain David Thiele ADC, Honorary Aide-de-Camp.
