On Wednesday 7 March 2018, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General, His Excellency General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Retd), received the Assistant Director, International Energy Engagement, Ms Helen Hawke and the Assistant Secretary, Energy International Implementation Branch, Mr Shane Gaddes.

Afterwards, the Governor-General, as guest of Manager, Global Energy Training Solutions, Mr Ben Murphy visited the Mount Majura Solar Farm.

Later, the Governor-General and Lady Cosgrove welcomed women representatives of the diplomatic corps, public service and wider community for a lunch on the eve of International Women’s Day 2018.
