On Friday 30 November 2018, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General, His Excellency General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Retd), received Mr Steven Robinson, Ambassador-designate to the Republic of the Philippines, for a pre-posting call.

Afterwards, the Governor-General received Ms Andrea Faulkner, Ambassador-designate to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, for a pre-posting call.

Then, the Governor-General received Her Excellency Mrs Erica Schouten, Ambassador for the Kingdom of the Netherlands, for a farewell call.

In the afternoon, the Governor-General and Lady Cosgrove hosted a reception for Friends of the ANU School of Music and Friends of Government House.
