On Tuesday 25 February 2025, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, as guest of Mr Graham Smith, attended the Gift of Life Walk. 

Then, the Governor-General met with students and teachers from Stella Maris Primary School, Victoria, as they undertook a school tour of Government House. 

Afterwards, the Governor-General met with students and teachers from Mentone Girls Grammar School, Victoria, as they undertook a school tour of Government House. 

Later, the Governor-General, as guest of Her Excellency Dr Julie Sunday, attended t Ground turning at the Canadian High Commission. 

In the afternoon, the Governor-General met with students and teachers from Gladstone Park Secondary College, Victoria, as they undertook a school tour of Government House. 

Then, the Governor-General, as guest of Mr Luke Sheehy, attended the Universities Australia Solutions Summit Conference. 

Afterwards, the Governor-General received His Excellency Gabriele Visentin, EU Ambassador to Australia and Ms Joanna Pacztowka, Head of the Trade Section, EU Embassy.

Later, the Governor-General received Ms Kathryn Rae and Ms Angela Uphill, Veteran artworks Australia.

In the evening, the Governor-General hosted a reception for members of the Council of the Order of Australia.
