On Wednesday 3 June 2020, Their Excellencies, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), as Patron, and Mrs Linda Hurley presented the 2019 SchoolAid Awards via video conference.

Afterwards, the Governor-General received a video call from Her Honour the Honourable Vicki O’Halloran AO, Administrator of the Northern Territory.

Later, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley participated in a virtual school session with Canberra Girls Grammar School.

Then, the Governor-General, as guest of Lieutenant General Peter Leahy AC (Retd), joins the IKAHAN SAG virtual meeting in the Chancery.

In the afternoon, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, as guests of Mr Michael Pezzullo, Secretary, visited the Department of Home Affairs and met with staff involved in COVID-19 responses.
