Later, the Governor-General, as Patron, and Mrs Hurley met with Ms Judy Harper, Acting Director Red Cross (NSW/ACT), via video conference.

Then, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley received a phone call from Ms Judy Holdsworth, Volunteer, Red Cross.

Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley met with Mr Kevin Butler OAM, Co-founder, BlazeAid, via video conference.

Later, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley met with Ms Christine Male, Vice-President, BlazeAid, via video conference.

Then, the Governor-General received a phone call from Mrs Gabby Costigan MBE.

Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley met with Cr Sharon Tapscott, Mayor, and representatives of the Bega Valley Shire Council, via video conference.
