On Friday 16 August 2019, Their Excellencies, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) and Mrs Linda Hurley, joined Professor Graham Durant AM, Director, Questacon, to co-host the 2019 National Science Week Design Challenge Showcase Event at Government House, Canberra.

In the afternoon, the Governor-General received Mr Ray Griggs AO CSC, CEO, National Indigenous Australians Agency.
