On Monday 19 August 2019, Their Excellencies, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) and Mrs Linda Hurley, as guests of Mr Craig Ritchie, CEO, visited and met with staff of the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies in Acton, Australian Capital Territory.

In the afternoon, the Governor-General received His Excellency Mr Juan Rodrigo Salazar Sancisi, Ambassador of the Republic of Ecuador, for a farewell call.

Afterwards, the Governor-General received Mr Lloyd Brodrick, Ambassador-designate to the Republic of Poland, the Czech Republic, and the Republic of Lithuania, for a pre-posting call.
