On Wednesday 31 March 2021, His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), as Reviewing Officer, and Her Excellency Mrs Linda Hurley, hosted the Queen's Colour Parade for the Centenary of the Royal Australian Air Force.
Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley hosted a lunchtime reception for the Centenary of the Royal Australian.
Later, the Governor-General met with Mr Andrew Colvin APM OAM, National Bushfire Recovery Coordinator via video conference and Major General Andrew Hocking CSC, Deputy Engagements and Operations, National Bushfire Recovery Agency.
Then, the Governor-General received a phone call from Mr Chris Raine, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Hello Sunday Morning.
In the evening, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley as guests of Air Marshal Mel Hupfeld AO DSC, attended a dinner to mark the Centenary of the Royal Australian Air Force.
