Afterwards, the Governor-General received a phone call from Dr Lachlan Strahan, Australian High Commissioner to the Solomon Islands.
Later, the Governor-General and Her Excellency Mrs Linda Hurley met with Mr Mick Reid AM, Chair, Mr Tony Stevenson, National Chief Executive Officer, and Mr Robert Ramjan AM, Independent Board Member, Mental Illness Fellowship of Australia, via video conference.
Then, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley met with Ms Carrie Leeson, Chief Executive Officer, Lifeline Canberra, via video conference.
Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, as guests of Mr Scott Warr, Chief Executive Officer, attended a virtual event to promote the Legacy Centenary Launch for 2023, via video conference.
Later, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley met with Ms Carlie Mamo, Assistant Principal, students and teachers, Berry Springs Primary School, via video conference.
Then, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley met with Professor Sam Harvey, Acting Director, Mr Peter Joseph AM, Chair, and Professor Jennie Hudson, Director, Research, Black Dog Institute, via video conference.
