On Thursday 18 July 2019, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General, His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), received Mr Graham Fletcher, Ambassador-designate to the People’s Republic of China, for a pre-posting call.

In the evening, the Governor-General and Her Excellency Mrs Linda Hurley hosted a reception for heads of the Diplomatic Corps.
