On Friday 3 March 2023, His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) received Mr Ken Snell, Mr Glenn Crosland, Mr John Perryman and Mr Vince Creagh.

Afterwards, the Governor-General as Patron, and Her Excellency Mrs Linda Hurley, hosted backyard Cricket games for the Learning for a Better World (LBW) Trust and Cricket ACT. Participating schools include: Canberra Girls Grammar School, Amaroo School, St John Vianney, Canberra Grammar and Turner Primary.
