On Tuesday 28 March 2023, Their Excellencies General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) and Mrs Linda Hurley received Letters of Credence from His Excellency Mr Ibrahim Bileh Doualeh accrediting him as the non-resident Ambassador of the Republic of Djibouti.

Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley received Letters of Credence from His Excellency Mr Baraka Haran Luvanda accrediting him as the non-resident High Commissioner for the United Republic of Tanzania. The High Commissioner was accompanied by Mr Greyson Ishengomal, Counsellor, High Commission of the United Republic of Tanzania  

In the afternoon, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley recorded video messages for Scouts WA and Soldier On.

Later, the Governor-General received Mr Ken Snell, Mr Glenn Crosland, Mr John Perryman and Mr Vince Creagh.
