On Tuesday 18 July 2023, Their Excellencies General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) and Mrs Linda Hurley, hosted a morning tea for Radio 1RPH.

Then, the Governor-General recorded video messages for the Young Endeavour Youth Scheme; the Australian Women’s National Football Team; the SAS Resources Fund; and the Ukrainian Independence Day Festival.

Later, the Governor-General received Mr Matt Skelly, Head of Mission–designate to Malta, for a pre-posting call.
