On Wednesday 21 February 2024, His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) met with students and teachers from SCEGGS Darlinghurst, New South Wales, as they undertook a tour of Government House.   

Afterwards, the Governor-General met with students and teachers from Gladstone Park Secondary College, Victoria, as they undertook a tour of Government House.  

In the afternoon, the Governor-General and Her Excellency Mrs Linda Hurley, as joint Patrons, received Mr Mark Johnson and Ms Tanja Johnson, Founders, Australian National Veterans Arts Museum.
