On Tuesday 2 April 2024, Their Excellencies General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) and Mrs Linda Hurley met with students and teachers from Mandurah Catholic College, Mandurah, Western Australia, as they undertook a school tour of Government House. 

Then, the Governor-General, as Patron, and Mrs Hurley, as guests of Mr Brian Black, President, attended a morning tea with members of the Weston Creek Men’s Shed. 

In the afternoon, the Governor-General received Warrant Officer Ken Robertson OAM, Senior Enlisted Advisor to Chief of Defence Force; Warrant Officer Andrew Bertoncin OAM, Warrant Officer of the Navy; Warrant Officer Kim Felmingham NSC OAM, Regimental Sergeant Major of the Army; and Warrant Officer Ralph Clifton, Warrant Officer of the Air Force.
