On Monday, 3 February 2025, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, received the Honourable Kim Beazley AC, Chair, Australian War Memorial; and Ms Susie Annus. 

Then, the Governor-General, as guest of Mr Brendan Moon AM, Coordinator General, visited the National Emergency Management Agency. 

In the afternoon, the Governor-General received Ms Liz Gillies, Chief Executive Officer, Menzies Foundation. 

Later, the Governor-General received Professor Glyn Davis AC, Secretary, and Mr Martin Hehir PSM, Deputy Secretary and Chief Operations Officer, Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet.
