On Monday, 21 October 2024, Their Excellencies the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC and Mr Simeon Beckett SC, attended a Wreath-Laying Ceremony with Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla at the Australian War Memorial.

Then, the Governor-General and Mr Beckett attended a Ceremonial Welcome for Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla at the at the Australian Parliament House.

Afterwards, the Governor-General hosted Her Majesty Queen Camilla for a family and domestic violence roundtable discussion.

Later, the Governor-General and Mr Beckett hosted Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla at a tree planting ceremony.

Then, Governor-General and Mr Beckett met with students and teachers from Wamberal Public School, Wamberal, New South Wales, as they undertook a tour of Government House.

Afterwards, Governor-General and Mr Beckett travelled from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory to Sydney, New South Wales.
