On Wednesday 12 March 2025, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, travelled from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory to Sydney, New South Wales.  

Then, the Governor-General participated in a phone call with Mayor Teresa Harding, City of Ipswitch.  

Afterwards, the Governor-General, as Patron, and as guest of Ms Jacqui Emery, Chief Executive Officer, attended the 100 years of Royal Far West photography exhibition.  

Later, the Governor-General attended a meeting with Ms Amy Low, Chief Executive Officer of The Social Outfit.  

Later, Their Excellencies the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, and Mr Simeon Beckett SC, as guests of Ms Trudi Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer, attended the Australia for UNHCR’s Iftar Dinner.
