At Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General and Lady Cosgrove formally welcomed the President of the Republic of Singapore, His Excellency Dr Tony Tan Keng Yam and Mrs Mary Tan in a ceremony, before holding discussions and hosting a State Lunch in their honour.
