Ceremonial Welcome and State Lunch for the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam

On Thursday 2 May 2013, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC CVO, received the Australian High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam, Mr Todd Mercer.

Afterwards, the Governor-General hosted a Ceremonial Welcome for the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah.

Later, the Governor-General and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE, hosted a State Lunch in honour of the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam.
