Federal Executive Council meeting; Reception for the 20th Anniversary of Australia’s Disability Discrimination Act

On Friday 1 March 2013, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC CVO, presided at a meeting of the Federal Executive Council.

Afterwards, at Admiralty House, Sydney, the Governor-General and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE hosted a reception to mark the 20th Anniversary of the commencement of Australia’s Disability Discrimination Act, at which the Governor-General launched the video series ‘20 Years, 20 Stories’ and, as Chancellor of the Order of Australia, invested Mr David Mason PSM with the insignia of his Public Service Medal.
