Federal Executive Council; Opening of ‘The World War I Centenary Exhibition’

On Thursday 16 April 2015, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Retd), presided over a meeting of the Federal Executive Council.

Afterwards, at Government House, Victoria, the Governor-General and Lady Cosgrove met with the Governor of Victoria, His Excellency the Honourable Alex Chernov AC QC, and Mrs Elizabeth Chernov.

In the evening, at the Melbourne Museum, the Governor-General and Lady Cosgrove, as guests of the Premier of Victoria, the Honourable Daniel Andrews MP, opened ‘The World War I Centenary Exhibition’.
