Launch of the ‘Cambridge History of Australia’

On Wednesday 2 October 2013, at the State Library of Victoria, Melbourne, the Governor-General the Honourable Quentin Bryce AC CVO, as guest of the Managing Director Academic Publishing at Cambridge University Press, Mr Richard Fisher, and the Publishing Manager at Cambridge University Press, Ms Kim Armitage, officially launched the publication ‘The Cambridge History of Australia’.

Afterwards, at Government House, Canberra, Mr Michael Bryce AM AE received graphic designer, Mr James Stuart.

Earlier, at St Mary’s Cathedral, Sydney, the Governor-General was represented at the State Funeral of the late Mr Godfrey Eugene ‘Rusty’ Priest AM, by Brigadier Allan Murray CSM ADC, Honorary Aide-de-Camp.
