Lunch for Yalari students at Canberra Girls Grammar; Call by the Prime Minister of New Zealand; Australian Local Government Women's Association 60th Celebration Reception

On Sunday 19 June 2011, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE hosted a lunch for Yalari students attending Canberra Girls Grammar. Guests included: Mrs Anne Coutts; Ms Jane Doherty; Miss Lyric Hearn; Miss Mia Hodges; Dr Kate Makin; Adjunct Professor Margo Neale and Miss Larissa Woosup.

Later, the Governor-General received the Prime Minister of New Zealand, the Right Honourable John Key.

In the evening, at Old Parliament House, Parkes, the Governor-General, as guest of the Director of the Museum of Australian Democracy, Ms Jenny Anderson viewed the ‘From Our Collection’ exhibition.

Afterwards, the Governor-General attended the Australian Local Government Women's Association 60th Celebration Reception at which the Governor-General delivered an address.
