Mary MacKillop Aged Care Residence; Royal Children's Hospital

On Sunday 29 January 2012, at the Mary MacKillop Aged Care Residence, Hawthorn East, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC CVO, as guest of Chief Executive Officer, Ms Camille Barker, and Sister Mary Muirhead from the Institute of the Blessed Virgin Mary, met with residents and staff.

Afterwards, at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Parkville, the Governor-General and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE, as guests of the Chairman, Mr Tony Beddison AO and Chief Executive Officer, Professor Christine Kilpatrick, viewed the hospital’s new specialist clinics, medical inpatient ward and developmental medicine department and joined patients, families and staff for an afternoon tea.
