Meeting with the Governor-General of New Zealand; Trans-Tasman netball series

On Sunday 29 August 2010, at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC received the Governor-General of New Zealand, His Excellency the Right Honourable Sir Anand Satyanand GNZM QSO.

Afterwards, the Governor-General, as guest of the President of Netball Australia, Ms Noeleen Dix, attended the Diamonds lunch, followed by the first test in the Trans-Tasman netball series between Australia and New Zealand.

Earlier, at Adelaide International Airport, the Governor-General was represented at the arrival in Australia of the Governor-General of New Zealand, His Excellency the Right Honourable Sir Anand Satyanand GNZM QSO, by Commander Michael Doherty ADC RAN, an Honorary Aide-de-Camp.
