On Thursday 30 February 2025, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, as guest of the Honourable Mr Mike Baird AO, Chair, Cricket Australia, attended the Afghan Women's XI vs Cricket Without Borders XI Match. 

Then, the Governor-General attended a lunch with Ms Jasmine Hirst, Victorian Local Hero 2025. 

In the afternoon, the Governor-General, as guest of the Honourable Mr Mike Baird AO, attended the Women’s Ashes Day-Night Test, Australia vs England Match.  

In the evening, the Governor-General, as guest of Her Excellency Professor the Honourable Margaret Gardner AC, Governor of Victoria, attended a dinner at Government House, Victoria.
