At the RG Casey Building, Canberra, the Governor-General, as Patron and guest of the Minister for Foreign Affairs, the Honourable Julie Bishop MP, attended a New Colombo Plan scholarship presentation dinner, where he awarded 40 inaugural scholarships and announced the New Colombo Plan Fellows for 2014.
