Northcott Disability Services Interschool Senior Athletics Carnival; Our Lady of Mercy College Year 12 students

On Friday 26 August 2011, at Sydney Olympic Park, New South Wales, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE attended the Northcott Disability Services Interschool Senior Athletics Carnival, at which the Governor-General presented awards to wheelchair race participants.

Afterwards, at Our Lady of Mercy College, Parramatta, the Governor-General, as guest of the Principal, Ms Kitty Guerin, met with Year 12 students.

Earlier, at Sydney International Airport, the Governor-General was represented at the departure from Australia of the President of the Republic of Nauru, His Excellency the Honourable Marcus Stephen MP, by Colonel Allan Murrary CSM ADC, an Honorary Aide-de-Camp.
