Then, the Governor-General and Mr Beckett, as guests of Mr Ben Daetwyler, Director, visited the Sir John Monash Centre.
In the afternoon, the Governor-General and Mr Beckett, as guests of Mr Daetwyler, Director, attended lunch with staff of the Sir John Monash Centre.
Then, the Governor-General attended an interview with Mr Rob Harris, Journalist, Sydney Morning Herald.
In the evening, the Governor-General and Mr Beckett, attended a dinner with Her Excellency the Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor-General of Canada at the Canadian Ambassador's Residence.
Then, the Governor-General, as Patron-in -Chief, and Mr Beckett, as guests of Dr Bridie Kean, Deputy Chef de Mission, attended the Australia vs Netherlands Wheelchair Basketball match at the 2024 Paralympic Games.
In the morning, the Governor-General was represented by Her Excellency the Honourable Frances Adamson AC, presided at a meeting of the Federal Executive Council.
Then, the Administrator of the Commonwealth, travelled from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory to Adelaide, South Australia.
