Prime Minister’s XI Cricket Match

On Tuesday 29 January 2013, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor General Ms Quentin Bryce AC CVO, as Patron, received members and beneficiaries of the Rotary Oceania Medical Aid for Children.

Afterwards, following the Queensland and New South Wales floods, the Governor-General phoned the Mayor of Bundaberg Regional Council, Councillor Mal Forman; the Mayor of Gladstone Regional Council, Councillor Gail Sellers; the Mayor of Lockyer Valley Regional Council, Councillor Steve Jones; the Mayor of Clarence Valley Council, Councillor Richie Williamson; and the Mayor of Lismore City Council, Councillor Jenny Dowell.

Later, at Manuka Oval, Canberra, Mr Michael Bryce AM AE, as guest of the Prime Minister, the Honourable Julia Gillard MP, attended the Prime Minister’s XI Cricket Match and dinner.
