Reception for Australian-Cypriot Community

On Tuesday 22 May 2012, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC CVO received the Ambassador-designate to Vietnam, Mr Hugh Borrowman.

Afterwards, the Governor-General received the Ambassador of Austria, His Excellency Dr Hannes Porias.

Later, the Governor-General received the Chairman of Yooralla, Mr Bruce Bonyhady AM.

In the evening, the Governor-General and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE hosted a reception for the Australian-Cypriot community.

Earlier, at Sydney International Airport, the Governor-General was represented at the departure from Australia of the Governor-General of Tuvalu, His Excellency Iakoba Taeia Italeli, by Brigadier Allan Murray CSM ADC, Honorary Aide-de-Camp.
