Royal Humane Society Australasia 2010 Clarke Medal Presentation Ceremony; Royal Women's Hospital; Rotary Australia 90th Anniversary Dinner

On Monday 23 May 2011, at Melbourne Town Hall, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE, attended a ceremony at which the Governor-General, as Senior Patron of the Royal Humane Society of Australasia, presented the 2010 Clarke Medal to Senior Constable Mark Ian Tregellas.

In the afternoon, at the Royal Women’s Hospital, Melbourne, the Governor-General and Mr Bryce, as guests of the Chair of the Board of the Royal Women’s Hospital, Dr Rhonda Galbally AO, met with patients, staff, volunteers and hospital supporters.

Afterwards, at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, the Governor-General and Mr Bryce, as guests of President of the Rotary Club of Melbourne, Mr Philip Endersbee, attended the Rotary Australia 90th Anniversary Dinner, at which the Governor-General was awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship.
