On Saturday 1 April 2023, Their Excellencies General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd) and Mrs Linda Hurley travelled from Sydney to Bundanoon, New South Wales.

Later, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, as guests of Mr Peter Rocca, President, Bundanoon Highland Gathering Committee, attended Brigadoon 2023, Bundanoon Highland Gathering.

In the afternoon, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley travelled from Bundanoon, New South Wales, to Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.
