On Tuesday 3 March 2020, His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), as guest of Ms Melina McCarthy, Associate Director, NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet, attended the Corporate Club Australia Annual Golf Day at the New South Wales Golf Club in La Perouse.

In the evening, the Governor-General and Her Excellency Mrs Linda Hurley, as guests of Mr John Azarias and Dr Patricia Azarias, Co-Founders, attended the Lysicrates Foundation's annual fundraising dinner in the Botanic House, at the Sydney Royal Botanic Gardens.
