On Monday 21 August 2023, His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), as guest of Mr Shane Phillips, Chief Executive Officer, attended a Tribal Warrior boxing session at the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence.

Afterwards, the Governor-General received Ms Anne Hollonds, National Children’s Commissioner.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency Mrs Linda Hurley, as Patron, and the Governor-General hosted an afternoon tea for the Sisters of the Good Samaritan.

In the evening, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley, as guests of Mr John Azarias, Chairman, attended the Lyscirates Dinner.
