On Wednesday 24 May 2023, His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), as guest of Mr Shane Phillips, Chief Executive Officer, attended a Tribal Warrior boxing session at the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence.

Afterwards, the Governor-General received The Honourable Barry O’Farrell AO, High Commissioner to India.

Later, the Governor-General received The Honourable Anthony Albanese MP, Prime Minister of Australia.

Then, the Governor-General and Her Excellency Mrs Linda Hurley received His Excellency Shri Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of the Republic of India.

In the afternoon, the Governor-General and Mrs Hurley travelled from Sydney, New South Wales, to Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.
