Afterwards, the Governor-General, as guest of Commissioner Rob Rogers AFSM, visited the Rural Fire Service Shoalhaven Headquarters.
In the afternoon, the Governor-General, as guest of Mr Colin Loudon, visited the Saint Georges Basin Community and Men’s Shed.
Then, the Governor-General, as guest of Mr George Brown, Park Manager, visited Booderee Botanic Gardens, Booderee National Park.
Afterwards, the Governor-General, as guest of Mr Paul Reynolds, Officer in Charge, attended a plaque unveiling at Jervis Bay Police Station.
Later, the Governor-General met with graduates of the Royal Australian Navy New Entry Officers Course Number 74 at the Royal Australian Naval College.
In the evening, the Governor-General, as guest of Captain Dugald Clelland CSC RAN, Commanding Officer, attended a dinner with training staff of the Royal Australian Naval College, followed by a Ceremonial Sunset with the Royal Australian Navy New Entry Officers Course Number 74.
