On Tuesday 16 March 2010, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC met with participants of the Leadership Ballarat and Western Region program.

Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE received the Warrant Officer of the Royal Australian Navy, Warrant Officer Mark Tandy; the Regimental Sergeant Major of the Australian Army, Warrant Officer Class 1 Stephen Ward OAM; and the Warrant Officer of the Royal Australian Air Force, Warrant Officer John Millar. Later, the Governor-General received Mrs Patricia Thompson and Ms Kate Thompson.
