On Tuesday 29 June 2010, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC presided at a meeting of the Federal Executive Council.

Afterwards, the Governor-General and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE hosted a dinner in recognition of the contributions made by individuals during the response and recovery efforts following some of last year’s bushfire and flood emergencies.
