At Sydney Airport, the Governor-General and Lady Cosgrove, as guests of the Chief Executive Officer, Qantas, Mr Alan Joyce, attended a reception for the widows of First World War veterans, at which the widows were farewelled prior to their flight to Turkey for Anzac Day Centenary Commemorations at Gallipoli.
