On Tuesday 16 August 2016, at Government House, Canberra, the Governor-General, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Retd), met with students from Dripstone Middle School, NT, and Milton Public School, NSW, as they undertook a tour of Government House as part of their visit to Canberra.

Afterwards, the Governor-General met with students from Parramatta Public School, NSW, as they undertook a tour of Government House as part of their visit to Canberra.

Later, the Governor-General met with students from Tranby College, WA, as they undertook a tour of Government House as part of their visit to Canberra.
