Welcome ceremony; Briefing; Museum of Anatolian Civilisations; Dinner for Embassy staff

On Monday 3 August 2015, at Ankara International Airport, Turkey, the Governor-General, His Excellency General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Retd) and Lady Cosgrove attended a welcome ceremony.

Afterwards, in Ankara, the Governor-General and Lady Cosgrove attended a briefing by the Australian Ambassador to the Republic of Turkey, His Excellency Mr James Larsen.

Later, the Governor-General and Lady Cosgrove as guests of the Director, Dr Emin Mahir Balcioglu, visited the Museum of Anatolian Civilisations.

In the evening, the Governor-General and Lady Cosgrove as guests of the His Excellency Mr James Larsen hosted a dinner for Australian Embassy staff.
