Clare Holland House morning tea; State Visit by the Governor-General of New Zealand; Visit to Uluru-Kata National Park

On Monday 25 May 2015, at Clare Holland House, Canberra, the Governor-General, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Retd), as guest of the Chief Executive Officer, Ms Liz Callaghan, attended a morning tea with staff, residents and volunteers in recognition of National Palliative Care Week.

Later, the Governor-General and Lady Cosgrove, accompanied by the Governor-General of New Zealand, His Excellency Lieutenant General the Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae and Lady Janine Mateparae; and the Administrator of the Northern Territory, His Honour the Honourable John Hardy OAM and Mrs Marie Hardy, visited the Uluru-Kata National Park Cultural Centre and the Mutitjulu Waterhole.

In the evening, at Tali Wiru, the Governor-General and Lady Cosgrove attended a dinner with the Governor-General of New Zealand and Lady Mateparae, and the Administrator of the Northern Territory and Mrs Hardy.
