Presentation of the inaugural Lambis Englezos Scholarship; Visit to the Ardoch Youth Foundation

On Wednesday 17 July 2013, at Melbourne High School, South Yarra, the Governor-General the Honourable Quentin Bryce AC CVO and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE, as guests of the Principal, Mr Jeremy Ludowyke, attended an assembly at which the Governor-General presented the inaugural Lambis Englezos Scholarship to Year 12 student, Mr Aaron Zee.

Afterwards, at the Rupert Street Childcare Centre and Kindergarten, Collingwood, the Governor-General, as Patron and guest of the Chair of the Ardoch Youth Foundation, Mr Joff Macleod, met with staff and volunteers and read a storybook to the children.

In the evening, the Governor-General, as Patron, received the Director of Hands On Learning Australia, Ms Julie Dal Santo.
