Reception for the Investiture of His Majesty King Willem-Alexander

On Wednesday 1 May 2013, at the Official Residence of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Red Hill, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC CVO, as guest of the Ambassador, Her Excellency Mrs Annemieke Ruigrok, attended a Vin d’Honneur on the occasion of the investiture of His Majesty King Willem-Alexander of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Afterwards, at Deutsche Bank Place, Sydney, Mr Michael Bryce AM AE, as Patron and guest of the Managing Director for Good Design Australia, Mr Brendon Gien, attended the Good Design Australia Judge’s Dinner for the Australian International Design Awards.

Earlier, at Canberra Airport, the Governor-General was represented at the arrival in Australia of the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, by the Deputy Official Secretary to the Governor-General, Mr Mark Fraser OAM.
