Day One of the Sydney Test Match

On Thursday 3 January 2013, at the Sydney Cricket Ground, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC CVO and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE, as guests of the Chair of Cricket Australia, Mr Wally Edwards and the Chair of the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust, Mr Rodney Cavalier AO, attended Day One of the Sydney Test Match between Australia and Sri Lanka.

Afterwards, the Governor-General received the UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator, Baroness Valerie Amos PC, Member of the House of Lords, Lord Waheed Alli and Executive Director of the Pacific Friends of the Global Fund, Mr Bill Bowtell AO.
