Access to Life Exhibition

On Monday 26 November 2012, in Sydney, the Governor-General Ms Quentin Bryce AC CVO met with former Prime Minister the Honourable Gough Whitlam AC QC.

Afterwards, at Admiralty House, Sydney, the Governor-General received Asia-Pacific female journalists, Ms Fusako Go, Ms Elizabeth Graham, Ms Sadika Nuraini Hamid, Ms Indrani Peiris, Ms Rina Jimenez-David, Ms Georgina Maka and Ms Salote Sisifa.

In the evening, at the Powerhouse Museum, Sydney, the Governor-General and Mr Michael Bryce AM AE attended a reception in the lead-up to World AIDS Day at which the Governor-General launched the ‘Access to Life’ exhibition.

Earlier, at Brisbane International, the Governor-General was represented at the departure from Australia of the President of the Republic of Nauru, His Excellency the Honourable Sprent Dabwido MP, by Commander Lachlan King ADC RAN, Honorary Aide-de-Camp.
